Fossil fuel revenues arrive to Russia faster than aid does to Ukraine:
Eleven oil tankers will arrive from Russia this weekend to France, Italy, Netherlands, Germany and Denmark.
They carry approx. 4.4 million barrels of Crude Oil and Diesel worth an estimated $670 M.
