Em 2017, para o PS, a reforma da floresta era estrutural para o futuro do país. 5 anos depois o Primeiro Ministro e o governo continuam a diagnosticar o "problema estrutural" e nada foi feito. O país e os portugueses não merecem que todos os anos o flagelo seja o mesmo.
