At #SummitForDemocracy, I said that equality doesn't happen by accident.
I am Estonia’s first ever woman Prime Minister and I reckon this is still an exception. Just 31 countries have a woman serving as a leader.
We need role models. Leadership matters, it makes a difference.

On March 15, Hungarians around the world remember our glorious revolution, launched on this day, 175 years ago.
We also remember how the ensuing war of independence was struck down by the arrival of troops from Tsarist Russia. Although this latter point is lost on some.
