We must also focus on trusted connectivity and on resilience, including cybersecurity.

This includes developing physical infrastructure but also capacity building to ensure knowledge and skills needed to navigate cyberspace.

One vital precondition for creating a personalized state is also trust and this trust comes by state guaranteed digital identity.

We could solve many problems we have online when people would be identified like in the real world. 4/
