Today I handed over to @Riigikogu the updated National Security Concept of Estonia. There’s always been a cross-party consensus about strengthening security in Estonia.

NATO has defined #Russia as the most significant and direct threat to Allies' security. Our goal with Allies is to make any aggression impossible.

Estonia holds a high 3rd place in The Human Freedom Index, being the freest country in both the #EU and #NATO.
But violence loves freedom, it always wants to conquer it.
It is existentially important for us that democracy and a world order based on rules stay strong. 4/
