Thanks to the 🇪🇪 dialogue police the conflicts on the street can be avoided.
RT @KaroliinaAinge: The Estonian @Politsei has special officers called "dialogue police" (not the greatest name tbh) whose role is to diplomatically and empathically speak to people before conflicts even emerge and calm situations down. Perhaps officers elsewhere could learn a thing or two?
