I addressed a conference organised by @MFETMalta and Maltese Permanent Representation to the @coe on the role of men and boys in combatting violence against women. Gender mainstreaming actions and challenging gender stereotypes through education is key.

I spoke on how @EU_Commission #VaW directive is proposing minimum standards to:
➡️Criminalise serious forms of violence
➡️Prevent violence
➡️Give victims access to justice
➡️Protect & support victims
➡️Train professionals
