There is no peace without justice, but in a frozen conflict you have to suspend justice. That's why Russia wants to freeze, to avoid being brought to justice. And that's why a frozen conflict could never be peaceful. Peace comes only when the aggressor is defeated and prosecuted.

Since Vilnius NATO summit Putin feels emboldened to escalate, pulling out of the grain deal, attacking Odesa and now a Danube port.
We must make sure our determination to help Ukraine to victory, and NATO membership, is better understood. Time to double-down on our efforts.

Thanks to @vonderleyen and the EU, we now have an anti-coercion instrument, protecting Lithuania and all member states from economic bullying.
