Step 4 Change was an #ErasmusPlus youth exchange implemented in Slovenia by @drustvodih in 2019. The 36 young LGTBI+ people from 🇸🇮🇮🇹🇱🇻🇧🇬🇪🇸🇬🇷 worked together to achieve better understanding, visibility, awareness and representation of LGTBI+ people and topics.
