After his meeting with President of Argentina @alferdez, HRVP @JosepBorrellF announced the upcoming signature of a memoradum of understanding on energy to cooperate in renewables, green hydrogen & GNL.
They agreed to launch negotiations to upgrade the bilateral 🇪🇺🇦🇷 agreement.
