Testing of 699 #cocaine samples from 9 Member States revealed that purities of 90 % or more were detected in all Member States, while samples of less than 70 % purity were found in four Member States.

This month, the Czech six-month Presidency of the Council of the EU draws to a close. The human rights dimension of drug policy was a key topic over the 6 months, culminating in Council conclusions on this issue on 8 December.

Children whose primary carers use drugs problematically can be particularly vulnerable to health & social harms. Still, many children who live with a parent who uses drugs do not experience any harm.
