1/3 - To better protect consumers, our 🇪🇺 proposal introduces:
1️⃣ A cancellation button, making it easier to exercise the right of withdrawal,
2️⃣ The right to request human intervention when explanations by chat bots or roboadvice are not sufficient,
As the world of financial services evolves, so too must 🇪🇺 rules.
Today’s proposed update to the existing rules will create a more modern & efficient regulatory framework which ensures high level of #ConsumerProtection in the digital age.
