Keep in mind:
In order to unlock all frozen cohesion funds, Hungary should meet 4(!) conditions:

1⃣right to asylum
2⃣ensure academic freedom
3⃣kill the anti-LGBTQI bill
4⃣independent judiciary

Even if there's an agreement with # 4⃣, there's no reason to throw money at Orban.
