As @BeatriceCoda said during her speech: “The IBS is of strategic importance for Bulgaria but also for the region and the EU, because it increases security and diversification of gas supplies & routes and is essential to achieve an efficient & interconnected regional gas market."

The IBS is a #PCI co-funded by #CEFEnergy with €27.6 million. The #EU support will contribute to the construction of the #gas pipeline on Bulgarian territory (62 km) and other technological facilities.
