It was supposed to be a way of making the workers pay for Social Care so the wealthy didn't have to be taxed. Who's paying for that now? I don't hear increases in taxes on the wealthy. Odd.

New transmission lines should have been planned from the start, and should have included an integrated offshore grid to connect all future wind farms, not a stupid incomplete fix.
