R to @catherinerowett: Wasn't that increase in National Insurance a new tax the Tories brought in a year ago? It was supposed to be a way of making the workers pay for Social Care so the wealthy didn't have to be taxed. Who's paying for that now? I don't hear increases in taxes on the wealthy. Odd.
