Should anyone be obliged to stand silent? When the employer turns a blind eye to employees who speak for the other side?

@George_J_Morris We are still endorsing a rejoin & reform position but obviously we can't reform it from without and it would be bonkers to refuse to rejoin without first seeing the reforms. The policy needs to be clear about why joining is a green thing to do. That's the focus of today's votes.
