Tories still subsidising fossil fuels with our money. Yes, businesses need lots of help with the costly energy situation in Tory Britain. But subsidies should incentivise buying renewables, installing solar, insulation, reducing demand.

@greenmattbfd @TheGreenParty And not just a % of their income but a % of their day driving or sitting alone in traffic jams. Sedentary and unable to get useful things done.

RT @greenmattbfd: 🚘 Millions are forced to spend large %s of their income on car ownership.

🚧 Tory and Labour councils continue to spend £millions on new road building schemes.

🚌 @TheGreenParty would invest in and good quality infrastructure.

RT @PaulbernalUK: The real question for me about Starmer/Streeting is *why* they’ve decided to go down the privatising route for the NHS. Is it fear of being attacked on tax? They must know it looks terrible to their supporters. Where’s the upside?

@andrewmeyerson @EveryDoctorUK @JujuliaGrace The home office paperwork and the pensions issue are such stupid self inflicted obstacles! But then so is the lack of social care bed spaces, and counting the billions wasted on covid contracts as if they were NHS funding!

RT @andrewmeyerson: 🚨This is @EveryDoctorUK's @JujuliaGrace on BBC News. She's a tireless advocate for the NHS and this is an excellent interview. Please watch!

@rlbwilson @GampireSlayer @theeyecollector Only the select few make it to the other side. Who's to know if you have been called?

@GampireSlayer @theeyecollector Loving "predestination crossings" (as well as the rest of this of course).🙃😍

@greenbenali @LeftieStats Interestingly, I think this is because there is a new and growing appetite for criticising Brexit from people who wanted a "real Brexit". In a sense that's newsworthy, because it's a shifting of the tectonic plates. We, by contrast, just consistently say what needs to be said.

@smithbarryc @Otto_English Maybe trying to pretend to be legitimate removals chaps? Stand the sofa in the road as you load in the boxes of booze?

This.
Every Tory voter should read it and understand that when the Tories say they have given xmillion to solve a problem,
a) they usually haven't actually given it;
b) it isn't enough;
c) they mean to dazzle the reporters with numbers that sound big.

RT @VoteAndyBrown: If the government is serious it would guarantee to meet in full a 2003 pay review done on the basis of inflation running over 10% and agree to pay something on account. NHS is losing vital staff. Permanently. Fixing this can't wait.

RT @getprdone: This is a real fall-out from style Labour “opposition.” It removes hope from those who need it to keep looking after us. They need hope. @wesstreeting
