There are many many massively better and more capacious storage systems than batteries, at a fraction of the cost or carbon of a new nuclear power station.

Funnily enough, eliminating it is what is required, not gas, not coal and not nuclear, none of which are compatible with what needs to be done, however much you try on the sophistry.

@CarolineLucas @StopSizewellC What's also bonkers is that construction increases our fuel usage and the climate crisis, at the very time when we need to be urgently cutting it. So it makes reaching our 2035 target less possible not more possible.

@martin_farley Add to that the fact that they've counted their bogus covid contracts for useless PPE and the covid track and trace system which was money for Dido and her consultants, not for patients, and we see that they've taken most of the money out of the NHS into private off-shore banks.

@ShootingParrots @MooseAllain Yes, I think a lot of printed advent calendars have the doors laid out in identical ways even if the picture and numbering is different. Then they stick a sheet of the inner pictures on the back and they line up with the doors. Pictures can differ but 24 door layout is fixed.
