Tomorrow's elections have NOTHING WHATEVER TO DO WITH ANY OF THIS. Labour seems to be deliberately misleading voters about what they are choosing tomorrow. Needs calling out.
RT @bphillipsonMP: Labour will deliver free breakfast clubs in every primary school.

These clubs boost children's learning and development, improve school outcomes and support parents trying to get to work.

We'll pay for this by ending non-dom tax status for the global super rich. https://t…

@BowledOut1 @crimlawuk @JohnBro26716300 Also, peaceful protest is still allowed, and the police will still facilitate it. It's the least effective thing however, because the government has taken no notice of protests since the Iraq war march, and the BBC doesn't report them. The best thing is to canvass people at home.

@BowledOut1 @crimlawuk @JohnBro26716300 You can write to the papers, write to your MP, call on your MP at their surgery, display posters or blank pieces of paper, phone in to radio programmes, get on a soap box and speak to the public, organise meetings and go out campaigning for your preferred political party.

@PaulbernalUK @BidSurreal Even in the unlikely event that you got a Conservative elected in the Mill Road ward, they would have piffling little power to undo the scheme wouldn't they? Especially if the Greens make gains in the wards they're expected to win.

@BowledOut1 @crimlawuk @JohnBro26716300 There are actually many other lawful ways to make our voices heard. But nevertheless voting is one of them and should be used by everyone who cares, and those who don't care but should.

@PaulbernalUK @BidSurreal It wouldn't stop Cambridge being a Labour run council. It would tell Labour what they need to stand for. The risk is tiny, so you should vote with your heart.

Why would students say they don't want tuition to be free? What was the actual question the poll asked them?

🐦🔗: n.respublicae.eu/catherinerowe

RT @BareLeft: You could abolish tuition fees tomorrow at no additional cost and no change in how higher education provision works, so this is purely ideological and just another promise Starmer never intended to keep.

Don't vote Labour. They don't deserve it. t.co/8LOHMPzi80

Hospitals need staff.
Safe staffing requires decent pay and decent conditions, with time off to recover.
This government is not offering any of these things.
It's not strikes that cause us to be unable to get treatment.
It's the government refusing to pay nurses properly.

🐦🔗: n.respublicae.eu/catherinerowe

RT @TizBroken: @ExpressPolitics @Daily_Express This is total lies as you well know, did order you to print this to try to get the public to turn against nurses? How about some balance, how many patients are unable to be admitted to ITU on non strike days due to unsafe staffing levels? Unlike this gov’t, we care.

RT @Jonathan_Elmer: It's Hedgehog Awareness Week.

🦔This there's lots you can do to help Hedgehogs:
- Create log / leaf piles
- Check before you mow or strim
- Provide an escape route from your pond

✅ VOTE in the local elections

RT @PaidToPollute: 🚨 BREAKING: BP announces £4 billion in profits from the past three months.

💷 That’s £44 million per day.
💷 £2 million per hour.
💷 £514 per second.

🫰 That hasn’t stopped the government from giving BP millions in tax breaks this year.

@PeterFane5 @drewhgill @henrymance @chrischirp Political situation is favourable once we have a clear rejoin majority that will vote in a rejoin party with rejoin in their manifesto. It's not that hard to achieve as long as people vote the way they think.

🐦🔗: n.respublicae.eu/catherinerowe

@drewhgill @henrymance @chrischirp And the @scottishgreens and the SNP, Plaid Cymru, and a few others. There'll be plenty of votes going to pro-EU parties next time we get a chance.

🐦🔗: n.respublicae.eu/catherinerowe

@WhittallClive @henrymance @Sheardyweirdy There is one. But you're better off with the established parties that have rejoin as a policy. That will scare Labour more.

@phampton @henrymance @LibDems @TheGreenParty is already clear about the rejoin policy. Media is not keen to spread this about though.

@iain4europe @robert_busch65 It's easy to delay the Euro and not qualify for that for a long time. Loads of countries are in the EU without yet having the Euro. Time will tell as to whether it would ever be worth actually doing that. Seems unlikely, but it depends how EU borrowing rules develop.

🐦🔗: n.respublicae.eu/catherinerowe

@robert_busch65 People want full fat membership. Only the xenophobes ever wanted special exemptions. It's a collaborative project. People want to be there in the real thing playing our part and stopping the rot in our government.
