An utter scandal...A kind of stealing, imposed on energy companies by Ofgem, to mend a previous problem they never corrected, as companies borrowed from dd customers. Customers should get their money back, but they shouldn't pay for the debts of companies they were never with.

The Conservative party seem mighty confused about who's in power.
