Declaration is a game-changer: citizens now know what rights apply online. We also have a strong part on fair and just working conditions.

Solution on WTO-incompatible IRA has to be found. Fear of EU industry relocating is real. If US does not offer solution, we should keep a cool head and not rush into 'solutions' we always rejected. We will stand for rules-based system and use WTO-compatible defensive instruments
