RT @EUCouncil: The EU has adopted new sanctions against Russia. These include bans on:
🚫exports of technology
🚫imports of asphalt and synthetic rubber
🚫provision of gas storage capacity to Russians

The EU has also suspended the broadcasting licences of RT Arabic and Sputnik Arabic.
