Minister Navracsics stated that negotiations are progressing well, and recent press reports support this optimism. He also clarified that they have not received any official communication from the European Commission regarding the conditions for unlocking funds, such as supporting the increase in the EU budget and providing financial aid to Ukraine. Navracsics affirmed that once EU funds are unlocked, teacher salary increases will be implemented as planned. Currently, a 55% suspension is in effect for three operational programs, while the rest will receive full funding. Negotiations are ongoing for the 1500 billion HUF credit component, with an expected agreement around November, ensuring no loss of funds.
