▶️The war has raised a number of questions about Ukraine that do not make their accession possible at this time.
▶️What we are proposing is that the EU should first conclude a strategic partnership agreement with Ukraine, which will bring them closer to the EU, and not just throw around irresponsible promises, as they did with Turkey by promising them membership.
