Lots of very happy passengers at the brand-new Canon St entrance at Bank Station with @SadiqKhan.

Bank is one of the largest underground stations in the world and - now the improvement works are complete - a station to enjoy travelling through.

The DLR is the busiest light railway in the UK - 90 million journeys a year!

The new trains are walk-through, have more space and have the latest audio and visual real-time travel information.

They also have air conditioning and mobile device charging points! ❄️🔌

In September I reiterated London’s support for Ukraine to the Mayor of Kyiv at a summit in Prague. In addition to free travel on arrival for those fleeing the conflict, London provided logistical and material support such as emergency service vehicles.

And in the autumn, Bond Street station opened, and the Elizbeth line started running not just through central London, but out into Essex and Berkshire too.

In August, we finally agreed a long-term funding deal with the Government, removing the threat of the managed decline of transport in London, and enabling us to re-start projects, like electrifying Santander Cycles.
