The specs are huge, f.i. the digital euro is free of charge and available to all. All SME’s have to accept it and all AML-legilation KYC-procedures are mandatory. Banks must facilitate it but loose part of their cheap funding. So need to be compensated for services. No one understands the added value. Big Central Bank with to much money creates cost center for no reason.
