There is a very visible gap:
@MarinSanna and @vonderleyen describe the Russian War &risks very well. They say the right words about the necessary support for Ukraine. BUT the Ukrainians don‘t get what they need according to the threats as they are described. #msc23

It is good to remind everybody about the failure of the West in 2014 after Russia occupied Crimea. But still : if you don‘t walk the talk now the West might fail again. And Ukrainians pay the price.
