RT by @Plants_EFSA: Blue weevil, Baris cf. coerulescens. I had to make this portrait on a 40: 1 scale with 614 single shots in order to be able to reproduce the head in full format. The entire beetle measures just 2mm. Unfortunately, these fine pores and this beautiful color gradient are not visible to our eyes.
