Yes, it is good news that the number of employed people is rising but for most of us in work we are earning less in real terms than we were. This is not good news.

Totally agree with this. BBC & other weather forecasters for ever reporting rain as is if it was a 'bad thing', as opposed to an event upon which all life on earth is entirely dependent and hence is a good thing! @bbcweather
