@now_ecology Which is exactly why we need to build more with timber to both substitute for concrete where appropriate & to store carbon in wood in the built environment. This will involve chopping down trees & replanting in a sustainable way.

@JoeWStanley Surely less meat, not no meat. Meat which in turn we pay a higher/fair price for. An increase in commercial forestry, plus lots of agroforestry with a mix of trees & livestock as with Jigsaw Farms Australia. Excellent initiative. Working on the basis that 'It's the pennies that make the pounds' lots and lots of 'tiny forests' will add up to the equivalent of a standard forest. They will almost certainly increase biodiversity & they will sequester carbon & they will add beauty.
