Lively discussion at the @wef panel on the global jobs outlook.
Labour markets are quite strong, but a lot of changes are happening extremely fast.
Companies have to invest a lot of money into reskilling and up skilling.
Young people should be open to new opportunities.

My conclusion at the @wef panel on integrating refugees into the labour market:
We have to keep the momentum of solidarity in our society. Both private and public sector have huge responsibility to find concrete solutions. It’s essential to plan ahead.

Pleased to have kicked off my #WEF22 programme at the Jobs Consortium Inaugural Meeting.
When there is technological innovation we need social innovation too.
This means robust social protection systems and lifelong learning to boost skills.

Close coordination with @G7 members and other global fora on the social consequences of the green transition is essential.
The “just transition” has to include a strong social dimension. We can continue to discuss this at the #COP (2/2)

My message today at #G7 labour and social ministerial:
Stronger social cohesion makes societies more resilient.
This was evident during the pandemic and it is equally important in this geopolitical context. (1/2)
