With 🇨🇿 Minister @JozefSikela, fully in sync on critical #rawmaterials. Imperative that we build a certain level of strategic capacity along an entire value chain from mining and processing to recycling.
There is no alternative. No time to waste. And no go-it-alone approach.

We cannot sleepwalk into another over-dependence in a strategic area. The @EU_Commission is therefore preparing a legislative proposal on critical #raw materials.
