#GAC If there is one issue where there is a need to move forward quickly, it is macro-financial assistance to Ukraine. We hope that the upcoming #EUCO will invite the @EU_Commission to borrow up to € 9bn on financial markets in order to help 🇺🇦 cover its immediate needs.
