1️⃣ A predictable and simplified regulatory environment to ensure the fast deployment of industrial capabilities for the sectors crucial for the green transition

We will propose:
✅a Net-Zero Industry Act
✅a Critical Raw Materials Act
✅a reform of the electricity market design

2️⃣ Faster access to funding to boost clean-tech production in 🇪🇺

We propose, among others:
⚪️an amended Temporary State aid Crisis and Transition Framework
⚪️to revise the GD General Block Exemption Regulation
⚪️to streamline the approval of IPCEI
⚪️a European Sovereignty Fund

3️⃣ Enhancing skills to make the green transition happen

➡️ Net-Zero Industry Academies
➡️ a ‘Skill-first’ approach
