Gas prices have been high since spring 2021, we could have been fracking by now. Gov sat on hands.

Just tried calling @edfenergy once again as they failed to call back again for constantly changing my direct debit and taking £5000 from my account.
The operator said their accounting system has been down for 2 days and there’s nothing they can do.

1/2 I am so pissed off with @edfenergy . I agreed a Direct Debit with them in April based on my usage and they have increased it 5 times since then despite me spending ages calling and telling to put it back.
They have now taken £5000 more out of my account than my bills!
