Following my proposal, Member States agreed to deliver 1 mio rounds of artillery ammunition within the next 12 months.

We have a 3 track approach:
1) €1 bn for immediate delivery
2) €1 bn for joint procurement
3) commission to ramp up production capacity

Participated in the opening of European Humanitarian Forum. Humanitarian needs are at historic high, aggravated by Russia’s aggression in Ukraine

We need to expand donor base, ensure respect for IHL & strengthen triple nexus - humanitarian assistance, development & peacebuilding

Kosovo and Serbia have agreed on the Implementation Annex of the Agreement on the path to normalisation of relations

The parties have fully committed to honour all articles of the agreement and implement their respective obligations expediently and in good faith.

The eyes of the EU & the Western Balkans are on Ohrid today.

After intense shuttle diplomacy between Belgrade and Pristina, we will discuss with @predsednikrs and @albinkurti the implementation annex - an integral part of the Agreement on the path to normalisation of relations.

I am going to Ohrid with the hope of facing a unique opportunity for Kosovo and Serbia to move forward, and @albinkurti and @predsednikrs to make progress to normalise relations.

The main message of this Council: our unequivocal commitment to the EU integration of #Albania.
