Visiting Mafalala Museum and EU-funded Balcão de informação e orientação social e laboral (BIOSP), I witnessed important efforts to improve employability and employment levels of young people in the Mafalala neighbourhood and in Vilankulos in Maputo.

After quick deployment of EU training mission in 2021, I could declare full operational capability today.

The mission plays a key role in tackling the ongoing crisis in #CaboDelgado, training 11 units of marines and commandos.
