- strong support to @IntlCrimCourt and the Ukrainian Prosecutor General in establishing facts
- support to creating Special Tribunal to prosecute the crime of aggression

We also propose to explore legal avenues to manage Russian frozen assets & ensure Russia pays for the reconstruction of Ukraine.
