The #warmedals awarded Henry Skinner of the 17th Lancers, a confirmed charger at the Battle of Ulundi during the Zulu wars of 1879. Transferring to the Army Reserve, he was recalled for service with the 4th Dragoons during the Egypt & Sudan campaign & fought at Tel-El-Kebir.
