@MikeFoster1403 It certainly wasn’t the former. I lobbied on this very point, even suggesting that if they don’t want to remove it, then it should be zero rated. As a first time ever Tory voter in 2019, they could’ve listened to those who put their trust & hopes in them - You reap what you sow.
