Currently 59 #Frontex officers support Moldova with border management activities. Ten #StandingCorps officers are deployed in Palanca, one of the busiest crossing points at the🇲🇩-🇺🇦 border; among them are experts to detect fraudulent documents and stolen vehicles

Ana Revenco, Moldova's Minister of Interior opened the conference: "We want to consolidate the extended border of the EU and anticipate threats to security. We have to build a trustworthy, resilient and sustainable ecosystem together to respond to the current challenges."
Over 6mil 🇺🇦 nationals have entered 🇪🇺 since February. Countries neighbouring 🇺🇦 are particularly affected by large number of people crossing the border.

Between January and April 2022, the number of migrants arriving in Cyprus was 119% more than in the same period last year
Recently @MargSchinas met with our standing corps officers deployed in Cyprus. Our officers support the local authorities with the registration of migrants and other migration management related tasks.
