Today the 🇪🇺EU joined 🇺🇦Amb @SergiyKyslytsya & UN Members to express profound concerns over reported shelling of Kherson during evacuations following the Kakhovka dam destruction.

The Russian Federation must cease such attacks & allow evacuation teams to help affected civilians.
