We have updated the #EUCandidateList with nine hazardous chemicals, #SVHCs.
The list now contains 233 chemicals that can harm people or the environment. Companies are responsible for managing risks of these chemicals.

We've started work on EU-wide lists of #chemicals that can be safely used in water pipes and taps. In the future, companies need to submit a review application for substances to stay on that list.
