@EU_Commission I would have hoped at this stage the EU had exhausted its range of options. In what ways are we still interacting with Russia? Is there room for a 10th wave?
I get that they want to leave room to apply pressure and that initially a gradual application of sanctions was the prudent strategy. At this stage it seems the more productive option is to go all in.
