3/ ⏩ Improved agility - by providing clear legal framework for procurement in crisis situations and by enabling @EU_Commission to more easily contribute to global fund-raising initiatives. 4/5
2/ 🛡️ Greater protection - by extending the detection and exclusion system to the shared management mode, and updating the conflict of interests definition. 3/5
The changes are aligned with the current long-term budget 2021-2027 and the #NextGenerationEU recovery instrument.
These mean:
1/ 🔍 Increased transparency – by improving public information on EU funding recipients and the #EUbudget use. 2/5
