No one can tell if a woman or man is intersex from their normal outward, clothed appearance.

But yes, I'm sure there are loads of people who don't know that when a man dresses up as a woman, he's actually a 'trans woman'.

And lots are willing to pretend they don't know too.

Of course WE know because we give no credence to non-conformity. And there really is no such thing as trans so how DO we KNOW to recognise them as that unless they tell us?
