The aim is to create at least 400 000 new jobs in rural Europe.

@eucapnetwork Member States were required to show higher environmental ambition in their #NewCAP Plans compared with their current situation.

Close to €98 billion will be devoted to environmental and animal welfare measures, encouraging practices beyond the mandatory conditionality.

As for #FarmingSkills, more than 6 million people will directly benefit from advice, training and knowledge exchange funded by the #NewCAP, or will participate in @eucapnetwork innovation projects.

€8.5 billion of #NewCAP funds will be dedicated to helping #YoungFarmers set up and maintain their business in their first years of activity.

In the 2023-2027 period, a total of 377 000 new young farmers are expected to be established as farmers in full capacity.
