Now, the Delegation of EU Ambassadors is engaging local farmers , including those represented by NNFU. The local farmers are sharing their successes, opportunities and the challenges they face! The called on the EU and member countries to support their identified initiatives!
The EU Ambassadors are in Oshakati meeting engaging with Oshana Governor, Hor. Irimari, MEATCO and Farmers. Here, MEATCO is presenting to the delegation!
The Ambassadors of EU countries completed their trip to Oniipa by visiting EU-funded Sanitation Centers at Okalevona 1. These centers are helping to maintain health and increase life-spans. @WorkshopNamibia is proudly spread heading this project!
Following the visit to Oniipa Town Council, the delegation of Ambassadors for EU countries visited low-cost housing within Oniipa local authority constructed with materials from Finland @FinEmbWindhoek Plans are in place to establish a plant in the north for low cost housing!

ECD Centre visit done! The EU is proud to complement Governments efforts to ensure that the Namibian Child has strong foundational skills!
Before and After! The Centre was established in 2014 with a corrugated iron class. With the #EU funding of 2mil NAD, a new Centre was constructed in 2022 with more classrooms, a resource Centre, community hall, Reception & sanitation stations.
Second stop: EU-funded Namangundu Model Early Childhood Development Centre at Omaalala. One of the EUs focal point of support remains to be Foundational Skills!

EU Ambassadors and one European Commission colleague from Brussels arrived at Andimba Toivo yaToivo Airport this morning for their 3 day mission in northern Namibia.
