@fetzert @Federomei1 @XJaravel @a_m_elsner The ERC explained in the past that successful applicants based in a country in the process of associating to Horizon Europe will be treated as based in associated country only if relevant Horizon Europe association agreement applies by the time of signature of grant agreement.
